THE PROCESS: ROOM TRANSFORMATION & FINISHING TOUCHES INTERIOR DESIGN PACKAGES
From concept through to implementation, I will be there for you every step of the way.
STEP 1: INITIAL DESIGN CONSULTATION
The initial Design Consultation is a time for us to get to know each other and also to discuss your plans for your home. This is when we will talk about your style preferences, how the room will be used and who will be using it and also your overall budget. It is during this stage that I will undertake a detailed site survey, so that I have accurate measurements to get started.
STEP 2: INITIAL CONCEPT
Following our design consultation, I will then provide you with an initial concept board along with 3D representational rendered floor plans (Room Transformation Package) and/or 2D CAD floor plan and elevation drawings (Finishing Touches Package). These will give you a good idea on the overall style and feel of the room before any individual items are sourced.
STEP 3: DIGITAL SAMPLE BOARD
Once the overall design and concept has been agreed, I will then move onto sourcing the actual items for your home. I will provide you with a digital sample board as well as physical samples where possible for paints, wallpaper, soft furnishings, flooring, tiling etc. Alongside the sample board, you will receive a comprehensive shopping list with clickable links, so that you can purchase items when it is convenient to you. Final payment is due once the final design has been agreed.
STEP 4: IMPLEMENTATION
Whilst I do not provide a full implementation service, I am able to recommend a limited number of tradespeople should you require. I will also remain on hand until you complete your project.
